This blog as a communication tool is definitely very useful especially for those like me that rarely express their opinion in front of class; since I am a very shy person it gives the impression to others that I have nothing interesting to contribute. This blog gave me the opportunity to express my ideas and give other a better idea about my personality and point of view. It was also a good way to learn about our classmates and get to know them a little bit deeper which made the class a lot more cohesive.
As to respect to the blogs about the class activities, I also think were very handy, not only to really think about the activity purpose and the lesson it was suppose to teach us, but I found it especially helpful for the exams since the topics that had an activity involved were a lot more clear and easier to remember.
I think that it would be nice if the professor had more blog entries about random topics. I am one of those people who does not enjoy reading even though I can write quite extensively, I think that shorter more frequent entries to the Prof. blog would have made our class a lot more interesting.
The blog has been one of the key tools that have made this class unique and a lot more personal and it should definitely remain as part of future classes. I believe that making the entries a little more personal with more relaxed topics that can give us a chance to express more freely, can make it more interesting and make look less as an assigment that some may feel forced to do. I also think that the professor should get more involved with the blog entries; he could share more personal experiences, it would be a great way for us as students to break the ice and get to know a little bit better about the professor that I am sure can give us great tips about real life situations.

I agree that blogging was a great way to get to know each other which wouldn't be otherwise possible in a class of over 80 students. I also think that it would be a good idea if the professor could share his own experience on his blog.
The professor definitely has a lot of experience he can use for teaching about management.
Hey, I definitely agree with you on the part of expressing thoughts that sometimes, we might not be able to get the chance to in class. Half the time, I walked in tired from work, but somehow I managed to get by the class every night.
I also added in my note to the prof. K was that maybe we should have been mandated to read someone's new blog every week, or in a respective order that way everyone would be more persuaded to actually read the blogs of our classmates. I for one definitely wanted to read more of my classmate's blogs, but sometimes didn't have the chance, so I posted to some usuals. I missed your until we spoke recently and I got your name.
Anyways, good luck with finals and hope to bump into ya again.
P.S. You didn't look shy at all.
